How to help:
How do we raise money to purchase the gift cards? With help from
you!
We ask you to go into your closest and find accessories or gently
used clothing you are willing to donate. IF you are an artist and are wiling to donate some work, we would greatly appreciate it!
Take a picture of the item and email the photo to care2give and once
the item is approved, we will feature the item on our website. Columbia
students will have the option to purchase the item off our website first. If
the item sells, you will be asked to bring the item to campus within three days,
where the new owner can pick it up. We will not be doing any transactions over the weekends!
If the item doesn't sell within a month it will be sold on eBay.
Proceeds will still go to care2give.
It’s that simple! And if you don't have anything to sell you can purchase
an item through our website to help raise money.
Thank you for your help!
None of the proceeds will be used for anything but the creation
and maintenance of this program.
